Arrival and Departure Times
Standard check-in time is 3.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 nn unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon.
Early arrivals or late department times are subject to availability of the Property and extra fees will be imposed.
Registered Guest
Only the specified number of Guest listed in the reservation confirmation at the time of booking is the maximum number of guest allowed. An additional number of guest will be charged a published rate of 450 USD per night.
Minimum Stay Requirements
There is a minimum 3 nights stay requirement for most of the year. For Peak Season (Christmas & New Year), the minimum stay is 10 nights. For holidays such as Easter and Chinese New Year, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Payment Requirements
Booking the property less than 1 month prior to arrival date, or less than 2 months prior to arrival date from 17 Dec to 7 Jan, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the toel amount is due upon booking.
Booking the Property more than the period stated above, a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total amount is due upon booking and another 25% is due 45 days prior to the expected arrival date.
A full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
